📦 Information We Collect
- Account info – Name and email when you sign in with Google or create an account.
- Voice data – Audio captured during speaking practice. Processed in real time for AI feedback; not permanently stored on our servers.
- Usage data – Session history, scores, streaks, lessons, and in-app activity to personalise your experience.
- Device info – Device type, OS version, and diagnostic data used for app stability.
- Subscription status – Whether you have an active premium plan. Payment processing is handled entirely by the app stores; we never receive or store card details.

- To send optional practice reminders (only if you enable notifications).

📢 Advertising
Free users may see personalised ads served by Google AdMob between practice sessions. Ads are never shown during active speaking exercises.
- Remove all ads by subscribing to BolEnglish Pro.
- Ad personalisation uses device identifiers per Google's advertising policies.
- We comply with AdMob policies and IAB app-ads.txt standards.
🤝 Third-Party Services
BolEnglish uses a small number of trusted partners. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase – authentication and data storage
- Google Gemini AI – AI speech evaluation and conversation
- Google AdMob – advertising for free users
- RevenueCat – subscription management
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any other party.
🔐 Data Security
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
- Voice transcripts are processed in real time and not stored beyond the session.

BolEnglish is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

- Delete account – Email us to permanently delete your account and data.
